Combined Cadet Force General Inspection Day, 30th June 2022

This annual event is an opportunity to celebrate life in the CCF by looking at the cadet experience through the eyes of the Year 13s, who present their reflections of camps and courses. 

Thankyou to the Corps of Drums from the School's sponsor Regiment, the 1st Battalion of the Welsh Guards, whose presence created a fantastic atmosphere to the day. 

The CCF introduced a new element to the parade this year that the new Year 9 recruits lead, linking back to the Boer War when the Royal Navy became a great help to the Army. They demonstrated their team work and enthusiasm on the Royal Navy field gun run. A great way to build small team cohesion between new cadets.
