In 2018, Sarah Munro (SG '14) released her second album, 'Angel Road'. This features 10 original songs that range from contemporary folk to jazz.
This follows the success of her debut album, 'Say Hello to You', which was championed by Jamie Cullum and Michael Ball - both of whom featured her debut single 'For Eternity' on their BBC Radio 2 shows.
Sarah has performed headline sets at Cheltenham Jazz Festival, Cambridge Folk Festival and Cornbury Festival, as well as supporting Paul Carrack on a 24-date UK tour, playing at venues as prestigious as the London Palladium and the Birmingham Symphony Hall.
Since leaving Berkhamsted School, Sarah has returned to perform at several concerts in Centenary theatre, including the 2019 OB Charity Concert.
"There's some real raw talent here... expecting big things from her in the future!"
Jamie Cullum, BBC Radio 2
"What a gourgeous voice! I think she's absolutely fabulous - real purity and clarity to her voice."
Michael Ball, BBC Radio 2
